All statistics, project timelines, and beneficiary stories published on seanraynon.org are personally verified through direct consultation with the administration of the Calabrian Children's Foundation Inc. (CCF) in Cagayan de Oro City.
2. Child Protection & Ethical Media
The safety and dignity of the children at CCF are our highest priority:
- Full legal surnames of minor residents are never published online.
- All event photography and documentary materials are shared with the explicit consent and supervision of the facility director and licensed social workers.
- No intrusive, exploitative, or degrading imagery is ever used for fundraising purposes.
3. Financial & Hardware Transparency
Every device donated and every dollar routed toward Starlink Mini connectivity is recorded. Sean Raynon takes 0% in administrative fees or management commissions. All receipts for hardware purchases, Starlink subscriptions, and freight clearance are retained for inspection.
