- Donor Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and physical city/state/country.
- Pledge & Logistics Details: Hardware make/model, serial numbers (if provided), quantity, and shipping preferences.
- Communication Logs: Direct email or phone inquiries sent to iam@seanraynon.com.
3. How Information Is Used
Your information is strictly used to coordinate hardware delivery, provide status tracking updates, generate transparent tax/gift acknowledgments, and deliver direct receipts.
4. Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard encryption, SSL/TLS transmission, and restricted credential access. Payment account numbers for ACH and Wire are provided directly through bank routing and are never stored on our web servers.
